Eating Attitudes Test (EAT-26)
A screening-style self-assessment for eating attitudes, dieting, body concerns, and loss-of-control eating.
Instruction: Rate how often each eating-related statement applies to you.
I am very aware of the calorie content of foods I eat
Test basis
Format: EAT-26. The score is calculated from your answers using the scale shown in the test, so answer based on your recent real experience rather than trying to choose a "right" result.
Not a diagnosis
This test does not diagnose an eating disorder. If eating, weight, or body image feels unsafe or out of control, seek qualified support. If you feel unsafe, at risk of harming yourself, experience violence, or are in severe distress, contact local emergency services, a crisis line, or a qualified professional immediately.
