Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10)
A 10-item self-assessment for perceived stress during the past month.
Instruction: During the last month, how often have you felt or thought the following?
How often have you been upset because something unexpected happened?
Test basis
Format: PSS-10. The score is calculated from your answers using the scale shown in the test, so answer based on your recent real experience rather than trying to choose a "right" result.
Not a diagnosis
PSS-10 helps estimate perceived stress and does not diagnose a medical condition. If you feel unsafe, at risk of harming yourself, experience violence, or are in severe distress, contact local emergency services, a crisis line, or a qualified professional immediately.
