Test basis
Format: LSAS-SR. The score is calculated from your answers using the scale shown in the test, so answer based on your recent real experience rather than trying to choose a "right" result.
Not a diagnosis
Social anxiety is common and treatable; this test is not a diagnosis. If you feel unsafe, at risk of harming yourself, experience violence, or are in severe distress, contact local emergency services, a crisis line, or a qualified professional immediately.
